Diving Information
At
Breezes Golf and Beach Resort, located in Runaway Bay, Jamaica,
they offer daily dives for all levels of divers: Beginner
Dives - Resort Courses - Deep Dives - Certification optional
(PADI)
Diving Requirements in Jamaica For non-certified divers:
Discovering Diving · No diving experience necessary.
· Complete a health questionnaire. · If you are taking any
prescription or over the counter drugs you must have a doctor's
note allowing you to participate in diving actives. Any
medical, health or physical restrictions must also be included.
· One must be able to complete a fitness test (swimming
two laps around the pool any stroke without touching the
sides). · A resort course will then be given to explain
the dive equipment and basic diving instruction. A PADI
Instructor teaches this course. · A pool session will follow
the class where the hands on training will take place. ·
Following the pool session you will make your first dive.
On this dive a PADI Instructor and a PADI Dive master will
accompany you and the class. · After you have passed the
resort course you will be able to dive everyday while at
the same resort for up to two weeks. · This is not a PADI
certification course. You are only certified to dive at
the resort where you received the training. · No diving
and flying on the same day. · PADI certifications are available
from the dive center at an addition charge.
CERTIFIED DIVERS:
· You must have your C-Card and logbook. · If you have not
logged a dive in the last three months you maybe asked to
do a check out dive. · Complete a health questionnaire.
· If you are taking any prescription or over the counter

must also be included. · No diving and flying on the same
day. All dive equipment is available from the dive shop.
All diving is included in the all-inclusive resorts. I hope

About
the Course
The SuperClubs Golf Course
is a seventy two (72) par, eighteen hole championship golf
course which offers an exhilarating experience for beginners
and accomplished golfers alike.
The course was designed by Major John Harris from Britian
and was opened in 1960. The features of the course are long
rolling fairways, large flat greens protected by grassy mounds
and sand bunkers. It has hosted may events including the Ryder
Cup match between the United Kingdom and the West Indies.
The Jamaica Open, The Brinks (JA) Classic and the Heineken
World Cup Qualifier.
The course measures 5,389 yards and is slope rated 11 7 from
the forward tees. From the back it measures 6,870 yards and
is slope rated at 124.
Seymour A Rose, former International Tour Player and current
Senior (62) Series card holder, set the course record in 1982.
Green fees are included in
your all inclusive package but caddies are mandatory $15
US
Cart rentals are $35 US
Club rental, shoe rental is available. Driving range: $5.00
US per basket of balls
Tee times are not required at the SuperClubs Golf Club.
